Marianne Murciano's Corn Soufflé

8oz sour cream (I used light)

1 can Creamed Corn (16 oz)

1 can Regular Corn (16 oz), drained

2 eggs (beaten)

1 stick of butter (melted)

1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

 

Mix in a bowl and pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
