Maple-Glazed Kicking Salmon

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon cayenne powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon sea or kosher salt

1 teaspoon maple syrup or pancake syrup

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

 

Preheat oven 450 degrees. Coat a 13 X 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle fish with salt and spray with olive oil spray. Rub paprika mixture into fish and pour syrup over top. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

 

Serves 4: 286 calories, 13.5g fat, 36.5g protein, 2.9g carb
