Cumin-Dusted Salmon Fillets

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets skinned

Cooking spray

 

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, and add fish. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

 

Serves 4: Calories 184, Fat 8.2 (but it’s those ‘good for you’ omega-3 fats)
