Angel Food Pineapple Cake
1 Box of Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice
Stir by hand and pour into oiled 9 X 13 pan. The cake will start to bubble at this point (something about the chemical reaction of the pineapple and the cake mix) so make sure you use a 9 X 13 pan or the cake will spill over the edges when baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (ours took 30). This cake tastes like an pineapple upside down cake. We serve it with Cool Whip or Whipped Cream Topping.
